Grades
More details on Grades can be found in the 2009 Handbook, as linked in the Policies page. There is also a DVD of the graded moves from 2009, but most moves are still current. This is available for a modest cost of 50p to cover the DVD from your coach.
Below is the table of grading levels as distributed from BG:
The work book that supports the grade programme, Regional & National Development Plan Club Grades, can be ordered through the BG website from Gymnastics Enterprises Limited (GEL) Unit 1 Lilleshall Hall, Farm L.N.S.C., Lilleshall, Nr Newport, TF10 9AS by post or by calling the telephone number 0845 1297129 extn. 2355.
Please send a note of the name of your club and return address with a cheque made out to British Gymnastics for £20.00 which includes postage & packing. All major credit cards are accepted.
