City of Worcester Gymnastics Club is open to all ages who wish to learn general and artistic gymnastics at both recreational and competitive levels. The Club prides itself on teaching everyone the art of gymnastics to the best of their ability, allowing all gymnasts to excel, with the emphasis on individual achievement through motivation and encouragement.

Club history
It was originally set up in the early seventies as there wasn’t any facility in Worcester for children who wanted to train in the skills of gymnastics. This was then based at Elgar Community College and Perdiswell Sports Centre.
In the early eighties, the club known then as Worcester Olympic Gymnastic Club, moved to Nunnery Wood Sports Centre under a new head coach. The club grew to approximately 200 members and was successful at many Regional competitions....
